COLUMBIA CASCADE HOUSING CORPORATION
Owns and operates various affordable housing properties, including workforce housing, farm worker housing, housing for youth, and housing for homeless individuals with serious mental illness. All units are smoke-free. The Columbia Cascade Housing Corporation is the "development arm" of Mid-Columbia Housing Authority and Columbia Gorge Housing Authority, addressing housing, community self-help, and community development needs of low-income families.

Community services are linked with affordable housing to promote greater independence and self-sufficiency among residents. Homeowner education classes are offered, as well as a free computer lab. The corporation arranges for services such as ESL and parenting classes to be offered at various housing locations.
