Provides education and information and referral on housing issues, as well as some financial assistance for homebuyers and homeowners, including:
-Homebuyer education classes and workshops
-Financial education and workshops
-Pre- and post-purchase counseling for homebuyers
-Foreclosure counseling
-Down payment assistance
-Information for renters
-Information about maintaining and repairing a home, as well as home repair loans

Classes are held monthly at Columbia Gorge Community College in Hood River and The Dalles. Also informs the public about trends in the marketplace using current statistics in the Mid-Columbia region.
