The Washington County Department of Housing Services (DHS) offers housing options to qualified applicants such as Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, Project-Based Vouchers, and Public Housing. Waitlists for Public Housing programs are closed. Some Housing Choice and Project-Based Vouchers may have open waitlists.

Eligibility: Varies by program. For Voucher programs, applicants must have income at or below the HUD Very Low Income limit (50% of Median Family Income for the area). Public Housing applicants may have income at or below the HUD Low Income Limit (80% of Median Family Income for the area).
