SUNFLOWER FAMILY SHELTER
Provides transitional housing for families, who work with a case manager during their stay to become self-sufficient. Clients may access an on-site food pantry, intensive case management, and phone, mail, and message services. Also offers life skills, nutrition, cooking, parenting, communication, health education, computer, and financial classes. Uninsured clients have access to on-site drug and alcohol treatment, mental health treatment, and a free medical clinic.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call or walk in to be screened for eligibility. Clients are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
FEES: Families may be assessed a $5/day fee if they have more than $400 monthly income. This fee may be waived at the discretion of case managers.
