CITY OF PORTLAND WATER DISCOUNT PROGRAM
Provides a discount on water and sewer/stormwater bills. Discount depends on the type of account and monthly household income. The bill discount is on every sewer, stormwater, and water bill per single-family residential account.

Households earning up to 60 percent of the median family income are eligible for the bill discount program. Discount is based on income. The usual discount is about $180 off a quarterly (90-day) bill and about $100 off a bimonthly (60-day) bill.
