COMMUNITY HEALING INITIATIVE
Supports gang-involved or gang-impacted youth in the juvenile justice system to heal from violence and trauma in order to avoid future incarceration and to pursue education and careers. Program includes access to mental health therapist, aggression replacement therapy (ART) classes, parenting classes, access to summer programming, and youth enrichment activities.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Generally must be referred by the Department of Community Justice, but can referred by another agency if there is space available (up to 20% of caseload, approximately 6)
