RENT ASSISTANCE
Offers emergency financial assistance to renters with a late payment notice for the current month's rent. Amount provided is on a case-by-case basis and dependent on limited funding. Funding is not available for application fees, back rent, deposits and/or first month rent.

Eligibility: -Must have a late payment notice (10 day termination notice or 72 hour notice) from their landlord / property manager
-Must be named on the lease/rental agreement
-Must be able to show financial hardship
-Must be able to desmonstrate sustainability after receiving assistance
-Funding can only be accessed once every 12 months

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in with all requested documents and complete an application for financial assistance. Assistance is provided on a first come first serve basis, while funding is available.

DOCUMENTS: Proof of income (wages, SSI/SSDI, TANF, unemployment benefits), Photo ID, late payment notice from landlord or property manager
