Eligibility:
Clients are required to have a physical address; a mailing address
does not meet the eligibility requirement. Client must be age 18 or
older. Service is limited to one person per household.
Requirements vary by state, but in general, subscribers must either have an income at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level or participate in one of the following assistance programs: Medicaid, SNAP/food stamps, SSI, Section 8, Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefits, Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance (BIA), Tribally Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF), Tribal Head Start (only those households meeting its income qualifying standard), or Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR).

FEES:
Phones and SIM cards are free. Unlimited texts, 350 minutes per
month, and 1 GB of data per month are free. Customers can choose to
purchase additional minutes and data, starting at $15/month for
unlimited minutes.
