Call Center Hours: This is 211info's busiest season. Hours for 211 lines are Monday - Friday 8am-6pm. Multnomah County Winter Shelter line hours only are: Monday - Friday 8am-10pm, Saturday - Sunday 10am-10pm. Our peak hours are Monday & Tuesday mornings. For a shorter wait, please call Wednesday-Friday 8am-10am and 3pm-6pm.
