Prenatal care services include routine scheduled exams, lactation education and support, along with birth planning, postpartum, and well baby care.

OHSU offers a variety of prenatal, childbirth, newborn care, breastfeeding education, and infant safety classes to expectant parents, families, and caregivers. Also offers several support groups, such as a new moms group.

Join the Rogue Midwives for a 4-hour Natural Childbirth and Breastfeeding Intensive. Class includes the "birth dance" that moms and babies both do during childbirth; comfort measures for you and your partner to practice; discussion of individual love languages; partner's dealing with stress and anxiety in the birth space; how to avoid unmet expectations around your birth; and surviving the postpartum period. Breastfeeding education is also included in the intensive to help prepare you for your best start.
