Clark and Multnomah County - Order Form [ pdf ]
The 2008 editions of the Clark and Multnomah County directories will be available in early April. There are two versions available of each directory. The full format Directory lists resources alphabetically and by service category with detailed descriptions of agencies and their programs. The small format Directory is organized in the same fashion but without the detailed descriptions.
