Mary had two cavities and no dental insurance. She was willing to pay what she could, but didn't know where to go. Our I&R Specialist told her about four low-cost dental clinics. When we spoke with Mary a few weeks later, she said she'd called the clinics, learned what it would cost, and was saving her money. She confessed she'd grown discouraged, but was so pleased that we cared enough to call again that she felt motivated to keep on trying.
Arthur struggled with chronic lung problems and was calling with an asthma flareup. Unemployed and uninsured, Arthur needed an inhaler and other medications. His mother had told him about 211info.
